Stuart completed his training at Forbes Solicitors and qualified as a solicitor in 2002. After a short spell away he rejoined the firm in 2003 and specialises in property litigation within the commercial litigation team. This includes Tenant and Landlord disputes, lease renewals, boundary and right of way disputes, commercial and residential possession proceedings. He also specialises in access issues for carrying out Landlord’s Gas safety Checks.
