Asbestos: how will recent guidance and case law affect housing providers?

The long awaited replacement guidance on the conduct of asbestos surveys will make clear reference to social housing for the first time. This will be far reaching and may necessitate a new approach to managing asbestos. In addition, the session will consider the potential ramifications arising from recent asbestos litigation. How far will housing providers have to go and at what cost?
