Letting a grounds maintenance contract

This session will share some of the challenges, successes and key learning points of a major procurement of grounds maintenance and communal cleaning services by Harvest Housing Group using the European procurement process (OJEU).

Starting in 2008 Harvest embarked on their biggest ever customer consultation exercise leading to the procurement of these services which are planned to go live in 2010. Ian Dent (Harvest) and Richard Holliday (Rand Associates) will highlight some of the issues arising during the process with an opportunity for questions.
