Launch of NHF Schedule of Rates Release 6

Rand Associates undertook a fundamental review of the NHF Schedule of Rates in January 2007 to ensure it continued to meet the modern methods of procurement. After extensive consultation with users during the past twelve months, version 6 is ready for release. David will give an overview of what is new to release 6 and indicate the scope of the revisions from earlier versions. He will show how the schedule can be used for measured term contracts, under partnering frameworks and for contracts that separate the pricing of labour and materials.
