Who manages the contract? A practical guide to contract administration

A common complaint from clients up and down the country is that their contractors are far more familiar with the contract and “run rings” around them, exploiting the contract procedures to their advantage and to the detriment of the landlord, particularly when it comes to cost.

In this highly practical session, Raj will dispel some common myths about contract administration. He will offer guidance on how contracts can be set-up and administered from the outset to prevent the later deterioration of relationships. Raj will use real life examples whilst protecting the identity of the guilty.

No one standard form of contract will be favoured during the session and the audience will be invited to offer comment and ask questions to ensure lively debate.
