SHAP beyond Decent Homes Standard

SHAP has produced four key reports on low carbon and sustainability in both new build and retrofit.  These have included best practice case studies from the West Midlands and elsewhere in the United Kingdom and Europe.  The emphasis has been on practical information and technical data for partners to incorporate into development schemes, retrofit programmes and asset management plans.

This workshop will review the SHAP Best Practice reports and examine ways in which these can be developed as practical tools for partners and as evidence to influence housing strategies.
