Involving residents - the win, win factor

Repairs and maintenance is usually rated as the most important service provided by landlords to their residents and it always forms a major part of any Audit Commission Inspection. The best organisations manage to deliver an excellent technical service shaped around the needs of residents. For any landlord to achieve two stars and above in repairs and maintenance they have to able to demonstrate the residents have a real choice and a flexible service. The basis of this workshop will be to highlight key fundamental areas that should be considered, to assist organisations with delivery of an excellent service. It will include examples of best practice methodology that have been used in real life.
