Ben leads the Strategic Partnerships & Operations team at M3. Ben joined the company in 2009 and then in December 2018 he became a Director on the M3 Board.

Qualifications:

• IoD Certificate in Company Direction, Level 9
• APM Project Management Qualification, Level 7
• MSc in Marketing, University of Birmingham
• CMI Diploma in Management and Leadership, Level 5

NHMF:
Between 2018 and 2026 Ben was Secretary of the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF). Between 2021 and 2026 Ben was a Director on the NHMF Board, during which time he was one of the people that officially founded the NHMF as a CLG. Ben is now (since 2022) the Secretary at NHMF Frameworx and a committee member on the NHMF Service Provider Forum. Along with his team at M3, Ben is instrumental in organising the NHMF conference, awards, study tour and a whole remit of NHMF activities and events.
