Delegates will receive confirmation of their booking. Final papers and joining instructions will be issued ten days before the event. We will contact the named delegate(s) by email unless you stipulate otherwise. A VAT invoice will be issued upon receipt of the booking form. Full payment must be received before the event.
A photographer will be in attendance at the conference. Any photographs taken may be used for promotional material.
Note The default delegate limit for an organisation is five. If you wish to send more than five delegates, please contact us on 020 8274 4000.
If you cancel a booking you will be charged the following cancellation fees:
2 months before the date of the conference: 25%
1 month before the date of the conference: 50%
14 days before the date of the conference: 100%
