Ian is in overall charge of most of the services delivered to local people including repairs (PG React) and improvements, contact centre (PG Direct), customer services, re-housing, tackling antisocial behavior, tenant involvement, environmental services and worklessness. Ian came to Parkway Green in 2006 from the Regenda Group. He had previously worked for local housing associations Guinness Northern Counties and Harvest HG, after initially beginning his career as a student with Manchester City Council. He is a trustee of the SMILE trust and sits on the board of the Housing Diversity Network.
