Graham is one of Ark Housing Consultancy’s leading consultants. His career has benefited from a variety of roles; initially in private contracting before making a career change to a local authority quantity surveying role, culminating in the last 20 or so years within social and affordable housing operating at a strategic level in asset management. Graham has been on the wrong end of poorly commissioned SCS’s and will offer audiences the benefit of his experience of getting it right, data integrity and compliance.
