Karen has over 25 years experience working in social housing with 20 years working at a senior management level. She has a wide range of housing experience ranging from housing management, repairs to strategy, regeneration and business and financial planning. Karen’s particular strengths are leading high performing teams, change management and performance improvement.

In April 2012 Karen took up her current role as Director Asset Management for Home and has successfully delivered a revised Asset Management Strategy which considers standards of investment, linkages across the business with Development specification, footprint and asset value.
