Andy Nickels is Head of Asset Management at Derwent Living, overseeing the investment and maintenance of over 6,000 homes, across the East Midlands.
Andy has worked at Derwent Living for 2 years, joining them a few weeks after the demise of their then main repairs contractor, Connaught.
He has previously worked for North West Leicestershire DC, Trent & Dove Housing, Home Group and Derby City Council.
