Jane is a Director at LCB Group.  She is a building maintenance specialist with over 35 years’ experience in the social housing sector.   She started her career as a trainee painter and decorator at a Local Authority in East London and has gone on to work at the top of a number of the UK’s leading building maintenance firms. Inside Housing Judges identified Jane as one of their 20 ‘extraordinary women’ of 2020.  Her work has also been formally recognised with both a lifetime achievement award and an inspirational leader award at the Women in Construction awards.  Jane is known for her work on innovative contractual and service delivery arrangements and building a diverse workforce.

As well as her prized City and Guilds in Painting and Decorating (Advanced Craft), Jane holds a MSc in Construction Refurbishment Management from University College, London.
