I have over 30 years of experience in social housing, starting my career as a Trainee Housing Assistant straight out of school. Since joining RBH in 2019, I have overseen all customer-facing services, which certainly keeps me busy!

I have been fortunate to have had opportunities to study for professional qualifications over the years, allowing me to progress and continue learning. Without a doubt, my favourite roles have been those involving direct customer interaction. I loved being out and about, meeting people, and managing communities. These days, I still thoroughly enjoy the opportunities to step away from my desk and engage directly with the community. Throughout my career, I have seen the positive impact that providing a warm, safe home can have on people's lives, and I feel privileged to have met customers who have taught me so much about life. For that, I am thankful.

I have also served on various Boards and Committees for local, regional, and national housing providers. Currently, I am on the Board of Care Housing, a small supported housing provider.

Outside of work, I am a mum to a teenager who plays netball. My weekends are often spent driving around various towns in Greater Manchester, cheering her on as she competes.

Nadhia is responsible for: The Customer and Community, Property Services, Neighbourhoods and Housing, Older Persons' Services, Tenancy Sustainment, and Safeguarding.
