Rosie’s business development experience within the construction industry spans over 30 years. Having moved into the social housing sector 4 years ago with MCP, Rosie has successfully developed and maintained strong working relationships with a range of industry wide contacts.

Rosie’s operational knowledge is extensive; her current role not only includes the business development function, but also covers contract mobilisation, client relationship management, dispute resolution and social value. The diverse nature of her role brings many challenges and gives her the opportunity to support various areas of the business.

She is also a Trustee of Stepping Stones Luton, a charity dedicated to empowering women who have suffered domestic abuse.
