Housing Manager, Jephson HA
Deborah is responsible for housing and repairs and maintenance in the Northern region at Jephson Housing Association Ltd. She is the policy lead for responsive repairs and gas safety across the Group and has led major procurements of responsive and void repairs in a variety of settings over the last 12 years.
Her areas of expertise are organisational development, business results transformation, regulation, inspection and asset management.
