Head of Homes & Land, National Housing Federation
Rachel Fisher is Head of Homes and Land and is responsible for policy areas such a regulation, existing properties, and the design and build of new homes. Prior to this she worked a CABE (latterly Design Council) and also the RICS, where she developed a broad understanding of design, sustainability and regeneration policy and practice.
