Philippe has managed continuous improvement programmes since 1986 and has worked as a manager and consultant specialising in Lean Thinking since 1994. He co-founded Ad Esse Consulting in 2004 focusing on applying Lean Thinking in the public and not for profit sectors and is currently leading transformation programmes in housing, social care, criminal justice and health clients.
