Chris heads up the Energy & Sustainability group and advises on energy projects with a particular focus on communal heating, retro-fit initiatives (including CESP/CERT, Green Deal and ECO), energy efficiency works and services for housing, hospitals, schools and commercial projects.
He is currently advising a number of clients on energy efficiency programmes including interface with asset management programmes, procurement issues, joint venture approaches and risk management.
