Partnership Manager, Mears Group
Since he took up his role in 2008 with Mears, Alan Small has held the position of Operations Manager and progressed to Partnership Manager for the livin. His career was founded with City of Sunderland Council, where he had overall responsibility for the Public Works Department. After almost 15 years, he moved into the private sector, and has held a number of contracts manager roles.
