Martin is a qualified building surveyor and up until recently was the Property Services Director for Genesis HA. Responsible for the planned works programmes, he has considerable experience in assessing and implementing low carbon initiatives at a practical level and ensured these were incorporated into all planned works. Martin has also been responsible for overseeing the management of renewable energy centres in new housing schemes.
