Rachel joined Climate Energy nine years ago, and since then she has played a key role in formalising the tendering process within the company, has established Affordable Energy, a funded energy efficiency scheme for private households, and is now Head of Group Business Development.  She has vast experience in working closely with local authorities on funded energy efficiency and carbon reduction programmes, and is currently developing ECO partnerships with local authorities and registered providers.  Previously Rachel worked for Thurrock Council as its Corporate Energy Manager.
