Michael McGowan is Sustainability Manager for Mears Group PLC.  He is a customer focussed, housing leader with 14 years of experience across client, contractor, and consultancy services.  Most of his career has been invested in delivering innovative Asset Management strategies and solutions for a large national RP.  

In recent years, he has solely focussed on the development and application of sustainability and carbon reduction strategies – with the aim of tackling the biggest challenge our sector has.  He has senior level experience in both the private and public sector in net zero carbon solutions.
