Stewart brings 20+ years of public sector software and UK housing technology experience to the DTL team. His housing career includes customer service leadership, designing and implementing a local authority software system and managing a leading system provider's sales team. As a board member, he has led business integration and development activity.

Stewart helps customers to implement new tech that transforms tenants' lives UK-wide.  He's always on the lookout for innovations that add purpose. For example, pre-COVID, he introduced a Swedish augmented reality software firm to the uk housing market, helping providers to mitigate the lack of face-to-face repairs contact.

Core skills include process re-engineering, business analysis and software design for web, mobile and back-office services (especially repairs, maintenance and asset management). He also holds an MSc in Leadership and Management.
