Pete Wise is an experienced chartered engineer having spent 41 years working in fire engineering, fire risk management and operational firefighting. Pete has worked at a senior level within industry leading companies, government and the Fire and Rescue Service.

He has spent the majority of his career working for London Fire Brigade as an operational officer. He was a member of the Brigade’s fire engineering team where he was the lead on transport fire engineering and latterly becoming the Head of Fire Safety Policy. In the private sector, Pete became a director at BB7, a leading national, specialist fire consultancy, managing a diverse team of fire engineers and fire risk assessors in the Warrington office. He also worked at the Fire Protection Association as a principal consultant.
