Lisa is a people-focused leader with over 15 years’ experience in social housing, an industry they are deeply proud to serve. Driven by a commitment to ensuring residents live in affordable, safe homes they can be proud of, Lisa is passionate about placing residents at the heart of every decision.

Currently Head of Repairs Operations at Peabody, Lisa leads on damp and mould (Awaab’s Law), legal disrepair, voids, aids and adaptations, complex repairs, and repairs complaints across 108,000 properties, supporting more than 220,000 residents. Their remit also includes oversight of the marketplace team, delivering responsive repairs via the Plentific platform. Working closely with contractors, surveyors, legal, health and safety, and neighbourhood teams, Lisa drives continuous improvement across a fast-paced and complex repairs operation.
