Phil has been employed as a manager within the housing sector for over 20 years.  For the last nine years he has been working in the capacity of Head of Service. His current role with Guinness Property is Head of Quality & Performance. Phil leads the responsive repairs team delivering over 120,000 repairs a year nationally, along with heading up the training academy and delivering the people plan. He is responsible for 300 people spread over a large geographical area looking after 55,000 properties, ensuring great service delivery.
