Jonny is the Director of Build Recruitment’s White Collar division who focus solely on the housing sector working with contractors, consultancies and RSL’s. Jonny has a passion for bespoke partnering models and large scale recruitment projects, he advises clients on their talent acquisition strategies and recommends solutions to consistently secure best in sector talent and deliver to tight timescales. 

The team covers the country from offices in London and Manchester, Jonny leads a large team of specialist consultants with particular focus on; Property Services, Asset Management, Sustainability, Compliance, Operations, Customer Service, Surveying, Commercial and Pre-Construction whilst personally recruiting senior appointments in to contractors. The team work on permanent and interim roles on a mixture of contingent, retained, sole supply and framework agreements.
