Kelly has worked across the housing sector for two decades and has risen to become a sector leader in Building Safety. 

She is an experienced speaker and her work on implementing Orbit Group’s response to the Building Safety Act has won Orbit multiple national awards. 

Most notably Kelly’s work on the Golden Thread and pushing BIM technology to its limits has won Orbit the NHMF’s innovation award in 2024. This project was also voted as the ‘Delegates Choice’ award in 2024. This award is one that Kelly treasures, as the Delegates choice award is voted upon by hundreds of delegates at the NHMF award ceremony.
