Unlawful and Environmental Developments Manager, Oxford City Council
Paul qualified as an Environmental Health Officer in 1979 and has worked for a number of Inner London boroughs and rural local authorities, specialising in private sector housing. In the course of his career he has also worked for a RSL as a maintenance manager. Since 2011, Paul has worked for Oxford City Council within the Housing regulation function including HMO licensing and enforcement, unlawful developments and HHSRS.
