Ria Spiers is a Senior Housing Litigation Solicitor with 11 years’ experience of working for tenants and landlords both in-house for non-for-profit Housing Associations and in private practice. She is an expert in a wide range of non-contentious and contentious housing management matters, including disrepair and building safety, and an experienced Court Advocate. Ria is also aware of and provides advice about regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements applicable to Registered Providers of Social Housing. She heads up the Housing Litigation Team at Riverside, working closely with their Assets team to support the business to deliver safe, warm homes to their communities
