Social Housing Health, Safety and Repairs, DLUHC
Isobel leads the Social Housing Health, Safety and Repairs team at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. She has been working on social housing safety within DLUHC since 2021. Her team is currently responsible for Awaab’s Law (timescales for repairs) and electrical safety in the social rented sector. Previous projects include the introduction of the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (Amendment) Regulations 2022.
