Maintenance Operations Director, Citizen Housing
Steve Kirk is the Maintenance Operations Director for Citizen Housing, who are an RSL in the West Midlands with a portfolio of over 30,000 properties. Steve is responsible for the delivery of repairs, voids, estates services and inhouse delivered programme works. He is an experienced director with a background in managing engineering and trade services in the social housing arena but also across other sectors like insurance and telecommunications.
