Kim has over 25 years' experience having originally qualified as a surveyor and procurement specialist and then progressed into a variety of roles with national management consultancy practices. Since 1996 she has been the founder and co-owner of PML, a leading consultancy and advisory business that works with organisations and leaders within the housing and facilities management sectors, supporting them to improve their performance and develop the skills to collaborate more effectively with their staff, teams, customers and partners to create and maintain win : win business relationships.

Kim Newman is an award winning business leader and published author. She is also the Chair of Orwell Housing Association in Suffolk.
