Nick has over 20 years experience working in the social housing environment, working at a senior level in both property services and housing management. Nick’s main interest lies in all aspects of providing repairs and maintenance services.

Nick was a founding member and secretary of South West HAMMAR Group for a number of years and was one of the leading members of the HAMMAR group that developed the idea and worked on the production of a National Schedule Rates suitable for use in the social housing environment. Nick has also held the Chairmanship of the Building Research Housing Group.
