Graham Coupar is qualified in property, construction, business management and law. He is also a chartered building surveyor and a chartered project management surveyor. Graham is a director of Housing Asset Management Consultancy and has substantial experience of working within the social housing sector as a consultant, advising on strategic asset management issues. He has gained considerable experience and particular expertise in the development and implementation of partnering / procurement, strategic policy development, and DSO business planning / ‘health checks’. He has personally led some of the Housing sectors biggest procurement projects, which often involve realigning in-house DSOs to undertake a greater proportion of work.

Graham is currently undertaking doctoral level research with regards to procurement within the social housing sector, a key feature is to assess the business efficacy and optimal business model for DSOs
