Sustainability & Asset Strategist, First Wessex
Paul Ciniglio is employed as Sustainability Strategist Manager for First Wessex responsible for an existing housing stock of 20,000 units and a new build programme of up to 500 units per annum. He has worked in a variety of roles in the construction industry for 29 years. In 2012 Paul was crowned Green Social Housing Champion of the Year at the Sustainable Housing Awards.
