Andrew Tod is the Head of Net Zero Carbon at Sureserve Group, where he focuses on making homes and buildings warmer, healther and low/zero carbon. With a career that includes working with the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, Andrew has been instrumental in supporting the housing sector to access much-needed retrofit funding and improve the sector's retrofit knowledge.

His new role at Sureserve Group involves growing the sustainability offering for social housing, local authorities, and commercial buildings, aiming to play a key role in decarbonization for new and existing clients. Andrew is also available for consultancy, fractional, and interim leadership roles, helping organisations to deliver and grow with deep specialist knowledge and experience in large-scale housing retrofit.
