Paul jointly leads FFT’s Procurement Team; his 20 years of experience in the industry is an asset to a wide range of social housing and public sector clients.

Paul is experienced in the procurement and project management of PA2023-compliant contracts. A particular highlight was his involvement with A2Dominion, project managing the procurement of their £225 million Joint Ventures to deliver their repairs and voids Contracts from inception to completion, ensuring the client achieved the best possible outcome.

Since 2013 Paul has been a full a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS)  and a full time member of the Chartered Association for Project Management (MAPM),
