Sharon uses the commercial success of City Building to support socially inclusive practices believing that access to an apprenticeship, training and employment are life-changing.

Her commitment to lifelong learning is echoed in the training opportunities she has introduced and made available to every employee.   Since 2006 she has prioritised continued  investment,  increased numbers of apprenticeships, coupled with opportunities for formal career development and further education.
