Peter is a Chartered Surveyor working as a consultant in the social housing sector since 1997 and is a Director within the Savills Housing Consultancy Department. His primary area of expertise is carrying out stock condition surveys and electrical inspections. He created the electrical testing division within Savills in 2012 and now is responsible for delivering 20,000-30,000 EICRs annually for local authorities and housing associations.
