Christian Blackbeard has 20 years experience in Housing. He started his career as a housing officer and relief rent collector, working in many roles until becoming the Managing Director of Ocean Housing in Cornwall for seven years. He has a degree in Housing and Development, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is past Chair of the South West Regional Committee of the CIH.
