Adrian Blythe

Quality Improvement Manager, Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE)

ADRIAN BLYTHE B.Sc., Dip Surv., MRICS, MCIOB, ACMI.

Adrian Blythe a Chartered Building Surveyor works for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and has carried out many new build and improvement social housing schemes throughout Northern Ireland.

Adrian received his degree in Building at the University of Ulster, and his Diploma in Building Surveying at the College of Estate Management which led to him becoming a professionally qualified Chartered Building Surveyor. He also holds a diploma in Strategic Management and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Currently Adrian is Quality Improvement Manager within Asset Management and manages a team who carry out stock condition surveys, undertake strategies; research and innovative energy efficient retrofit pilot projects.

Adrian project managed the comprehensive Cavity Wall Insulation Research Study which was carried out by Consultancy, Investigation and Training (CIT) a subsidiary of the British Board of Agrément (BBA), the UK’s leading construction certification body.
