Neel leads the ESG and People Development Directorate at Langley UK and joined the NHMF service provider committee in 2025 having participated as a speaker to champion Social Value, ESG and Training at various events in recent years.

Over the last 17 years, Neel has served in senior leadership positions from CEO, non-executive Director, and Director positions to spearhead enterprises within the Education and Training sector. Prior to that Neel has also served in various roles in the UK and internationally within the Publishing, Construction (Quantity Surveying) sectors.

Neel is a value-driven individual, focussed on people, culture and takes pride in supporting others achieve their full potential.

He is passionate about social value and keen to engage with stakeholders to maximise awareness and genuine impact across Housing and the Construction sector.
