Kieran is an Associate in the Construction Disputes team at Anthony Collins Solicitors. In particular, he acts for local government, charities and social housing providers in relation to complex construction disputes. He has particular experience advising on fire safety issues, including investigatory works, defect remediation, and claims against contractors and designers for recovery of losses flowing from defects.

Kieran also advised the claimant in the case of Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft v Galliford Try Construction Limited [2017] EWHC 275 (TCC)
