Samantha Alleyne is the Head of Business Development and Major Bid at Anglian Building Products, a leading door and window partner to the social housing sector for the last 60 years.

Samantha began her social housing career 18 years ago at Moores Kitchens during the height of the Decent Homes programme. She quickly learned how rewarding it was to provide products and services into social housing and to see the difference made to residents’ lives.

This passion continued when she joined Anglian Building Products in 2023. Since joining, Samantha has played a central role in shaping the organisation’s growth and its commitment to delivering sustainable, safe, healthy homes. She has also been instrumental in building ABP’s social value strategy and bringing it all to life.

Samantha collaborates closely with colleagues, clients and wider sector stakeholders and is actively working with the NHMF Healthy Homes Working Group to contribute to the shared goal of procurement reform to unlock Healthy Homes, particularly through addressing damp, mould and ventilation strategies.

Samantha continues to challenge and change how clients achieve best-value, and is leading a service-provider charge, signposting how the sector as a whole will move. She is committed to proving how the window and doors of today, are far more than face-value products. They are key contributors to security, sustainability, energy efficiency and ultimately, Healthy Homes.
