Ian joined Riverside in 2014 and is responsible for their 55,000 homes, their wholly owned subsidiary contractor Evolve as well as managing approximately 800 staff and an annual budget in excess of £90 million.  He also has responsibility for the group’s procurement function.

Ian has previously worked for Midland Heart, Parkway Green, The Regenda Group, Guinness Northern Counties and Harvest Housing Group, after initially beginning his career as a student with Manchester City Council.

Ian is also a ForViva Group board member and has also sat on the boards of Green Vale Homes and the Housing Diversity Network where he served three years as Chair.
