Annemarie has over 16 years experience in social housing, driving transformation in a variety of housing associations: G15, medium sized and community based.
She has a passion for customer service and her transformative and sector leading work has culminated in national recognition and awards for leadership and customer experience strategies by the Institute of Customer Service, Housing Heroes awards and Women in Housing Awards.
She is vocal about her beliefs that the home and the customer are intrinsically linked, and advocates for the use of data to transform the overall customer experience while improving how we as a sector manage and look after our customers' homes.
Her roles have included executive leadership and responsibility in the areas of customer service, housing, strategic asset management, repairs and maintenance, technology, data, transformation and HR. She is a versatile leader who understands the interconnectivity between different parts of organisations and how that impacts the customer and the employee experience. She is well regarded in her field and has executive experience through her COO and CEO roles.
