He has extensive experience in asset management, repairs & development across local authority, housing association, contracting and consultancy sectors. Nick is a board member of a 2 star ALMO with a large DLO and is the Managing Director of 4i Solutions Limited, a consultancy providing strategic advice to the housing sector.
